Efficiency For A New Year

     On the eve of every new year people all over the world make their resolutions for the coming year. We make these resolutions with good intentions in mind, however those resolutions are usually broken the first or second week of the new year. I know, because I was one of those millions of people who usually makes some outlandish promise to myself that I know would be hard to commit to.
